Tactic Racing drill guides are used to update V1 hubs that use pressfit end caps to the new V1.2 threaded axle, adjustable preload axle system.
Can be purchased as a bundle with either a V1.2 axle or a V1.2 axle and a V1 (Straight Spline) freehub body.
Drill Guides are steel and built for shop use.
Note: Hole must be oriented outboard (outer edge of centerlock splines) for proper alignment with the preload collar set screw.
Use a 16 gauge drill bit with the drill guide mounted in a vice or on your wheelset to carefully drill the access hole.
